WILD STRAINS
Wild Discus can be just as beautiful as the Hybrids. Wilds can be known to be harder to keep than the Hybrids because of their lack of compatiblity in tap water. Hybrids are raised in tap water, while Wilds are raised in a very low acidic pH of about 5 - 6. Wild Discus are very colorful, although they are harder to find than the Hybrids, some Wilds can be cheaper than most Hybrids.
